"The NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits has always been a good show for us," smiles Prois' CEO Kirstie Pike. One of the big draws this year seems to have been the expansion of Prois' line of shooting and casual clothing. Although the company is deservedly best known for its well-made (and well-tailored) line of hunting clothing for women, Pike notes that there are a lot of women shooters who aren't hunters. These women, she says, are also on the lookout for quality fabrics and garments that are specifically tailored for a woman's body.

"We've been quite busy at this show," she continues. "We've had a lot of women come by to check out the fabrics, to touch and feel the shooting polos and t-shirts...and what we're hearing is that there's a faction of women out there who want something that's technical and fits, but isn't necessarily pink." Judging by the crush of visitors at the booth, Pike (and Prois) seem to have the right idea.
