The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield line of striker-fired pistols designed for concealed carry has been a huge hit since the venerable gun manufacturer introduced it to the public, but many were disappointed when the Shield was not initially offered chambered in .45ACP. Smith & Wesson's answer to that demand is here: the M&P45 Shield. With all the features that made the 9mm and .40 offerings so appealing, plus the trusted knockdown power of the .45, this addition to the Shield line is sure to please. American Rifleman's Joe Kurtenbach gives you all the details in this video.
