Beretta USA and the National Rifle Association (NRA) are proud to announce the remarkable success of the Beretta 92XI American Combat Series auction held at the 2024 NRA Inaugural Women’s Leadership Forum Gala & Auction in Dallas, TX. This event combined the NRA’s Women’s Leadership Forum Auction and NRA’s Institute for Legislative Auction (ILA) Auction into a single, co-ed celebration. The live auction showcased an extraordinary array of auction items, culminating in the final bidding for Beretta’s exclusive 92XI Combat Series Set of 5.

The star of the evening was the limited-edition Beretta 92XI American Combat Series, a unique collection of five pistols meticulously hand-painted by a veteran artist from Howe Arms. This set honors the valor and resilience of our military, featuring iconic American combat camouflage patterns including Vietnam Tiger Stripe, Chocolate Chip, BDU, DCU, and MultiCam. The set is housed in Vaultek’s Lifepod XT2i biometric weatherproof firearm case, ensuring both style and security.

Richard Howe, a two-tour Army combat veteran and founder of Howe Arms, attended the gala to discuss this special collaboration and the Beretta charity match initiative. The crowd’s enthusiasm was palpable, leading to an impressive winning bid of $35,000 from Sara Potterfield of The Potterfield Group and Midway USA, for the 92XI American Combat Series Set.

Beretta USA matched this with an additional $10,000 donation to benefit two esteemed veteran charities: the Special Operations Care Fund (SOC-F) and the Disabled American Veterans Foundation (DAV). To enhance the winning bidder's experience, an additional special series set – the 92XI Foreign Combat Series – was also included for $35,000. Beretta again matched this with a $10,000 donation split equally between SOC-F and DAV.

"It was truly amazing to see everyone's response to the collaboration with Beretta on the combat camo series,” says Richard Howe. “Thank you to the Potterfield family, Midway USA and Beretta for truly making a difference in so many veterans' lives with their generous donations."

Stefano Itri, Vice President, Beretta Defense Technologies, commented on the impact of these donations: "At Beretta, we are deeply committed to supporting our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. Matching the donations for the SOC-F and DAV through the auction of our limited-edition 92XI series is a small token of our gratitude and recognition of their service and dedication. We are honored to contribute to such noble causes."

Beretta USA and the NRA extend heartfelt gratitude to all participants and bidders who contributed to the success of this event. Together, we are not only honoring the spirit of our nation’s heroes but also making a tangible difference in the lives of veterans and their families.
