undefinedAir guns are a great option for young shooters and varmint hunters. Gamo Outdoors USA, a company known for its air guns, has just unveiled its latest product: The Luxor Cu Hunting Pellet. The soon-to-be released pellet will come in .177 and .22 cal. The Luxor Cu acquires 20 percent more velocity than the standard lead pellet. The aerodynamic shape allows for greater flight quality, and the lead-free material offers better velocity with more penetration. The Lucor Cu also features a sharp pyramid-shaped tip that will cut and shatter targets, along with a copper layer that allows for greater energy upon impact. The copper layer retains 100 percent of its weight after expansion. A tin of 150 pellets of .177 cal. retails at $18.95, and the 100 pellet tin of .22 cal. retails for $19.95.
