Colt Grizzly

Would you rather run into a strange man or a bear in the woods? What if the answer is "neither," or "both," as long as you've got a Grizzly by your side? That's Colt’s answer to the conundrum, with the announcement of its new-for-2024 Grizzly revolver. This wheelgun combines Colt's unparalleled craftsmanship with modern enhancements tailored to meet the demands of the modern hunter for all backcountry expeditions.

Chambered in the beefy .357 Magnum cartridge, the Colt Grizzly can also accommodate .38 Spl. for softer-recoiling practice. It offers a six-round capacity in its smooth, unfluted cylinder. The stainless-steel frame of the Colt Grizzly features a polished finish complemented by a matte surface on the top rib, ensuring optimal sight acquisition. Recoil-absorbing Hogue OverMolded rubber grips help keep the kick under control, as does its unloaded weight of 41 ozs.

The Grizzly uses a DA/SA trigger mechanism, with 7-9.5 lbs' trigger pull weight in double-action mode. This revolver features a red ramp front sight and a windage- and elevation-adjustable target rear sight. Crafted with precision and passion, the Colt Grizzly instills confidence in every hunter’s journey, embodying the spirit of adventure and the pursuit of excellence. MSRP $1,599; www.colt.com.
