Browning Ammunition may only have begun four years ago, but it already had the legend of John Moses Browning as a part of its story. Last year, that legend became literal with the introduction of the 350 Legend cartridge, an all-new and revolutionary chambering that delighted shooters with its reduced recoil and devastating downrange effectiveness. This year, as is the nature of all legends, the 350 Legend line is growing...with two new chamberings.

The first is a full metal jacket (FMJ), 124-gr. round with muzzle velocity of 2,500 feet per second (fps), which can be coined the fastest straight-walled cartridge in the world (when fired from a 20-inch barrel).

The second, a newly developed 350 Legend Browning BXR Deer bullet, is a 155-gr. rapid expansion design that maximizes energy transfer on impact for quick and effective terminal performance. The proprietary Matrix Tip (copper/polymer) initiates rapid expansion.

Like the rest of the Legend line, these new cartridges also wield more power than the famous .30-30, yet less recoil than a .243 Winchester.

Even if you're not terribly recoil sensitive, the 350 Legend offers many benefits to hunters and recreational sport shooters. It is compliant in states that only allow straight-walled centerfire cartridges for hunting, and it is also uniquely suited for use across multiple firearm platforms from traditional bolt-action rifles, to modern sporting rifles, to single-shot pistols and revolvers.
