Video Review: Smith & Wesson M&P 380 Shield EZ

When shooters told gun-manufacturing legend Smith & Wesson that they needed a handgun that was easy to operate, load and unload, they listened: The result is the S&W M&P 380 Shield EZ. This little 3.5-inch-barreled concealed-carry handgun is a joy to shoot. As American Rifleman's Mark Keefe explains in this video, a combination of ergonomic features makes this pistol's slide easy to rack while an innovative magazine design ensures that it's simple to load. If in the past you've run into trouble with guns that were tough to operate, whether that's due to arthritis, aging or any other reason for reduced upper-body strength, this just might be the CCW handgun for you.
