Since 1964, Ruger Firearms has produced the Ruger 10/22, the rifle probably most responsible for taking rimfire shooting out of the realm of "kids' stuff." In the last 52 years, it's estimated that 5 million of these guns have been produced, making the 10/22 arguably the most produced gun in history. What makes this gun such a classic?
