Browning Ammunition's making a big noise with a quiet little round! New for 2024, Browning's latest introduction is called SUB22, and it's ideal for target shooters and small game hunters who use suppressed pistols. This .22-caliber round stays just under the sound barrier, offering reliable functioning in semi-auto pistols while also achieving maximum noise suppression.

As you may know, getting a small, rimfire round to cycle reliably in a semi-auto pistol while remaining subsonic is a challenge, but Browning seems to have met that challenge head-on ... well, round-nose on. A black copper plated bullet reduces fouling, while relatively heavy, 45-grain bullets reliably cycle actions. Muzzle velocity hovers around 1,060 fps.

In this great video from our friends at Shooting Illustrated, you'll see (and hear) just how quiet a suppressed, subsonic .22-caliber round can be. For more information, visit BrowningAmmo.com.
