Video Review: Cimarron Bad Boy Revolver

When the 1860s meet the 2020s, you'll find tons of shooting fun.

Cimarron Arms has long specialized in producing top-quality replicas of the types of firearms that helped win the American West, but you don't have to be a Cowboy Action shooter or Civil War reenactor to enjoy the beauty, simplicity and reliability of a six-shot revolver. The Cimarron Bad Boy revolver, which our friends at American Hunter recently reviewed, is a prime example of this.

This beautiful single-action revolver may have every appearance of a classic 1860s Army handgun, but with a modern twist: It's chambered in 10mm. (And rumor has it that this was done at the special request of music's "Bad Boy," also known as "The Motor City Madman"--Ted Nugent!) This flat-shooting and hard-hitting round is normally found in semi-automatics, but Cimarron found a way to make this thoroughly modern cartridge work beautifully.

Check out this video from American Hunter's #SundayGunday series, and we think you'll agree!
