European American Armory Corp. (EAA) traveled to the NRA headquarters in Virginia from the sunny state of Florida to showcase their line of Tanfoglio firearms, concealed-carry purses and their new ABDO holster. I suggest investigating all of their products, for they’re all very innovative, useful and reliable. I was particularly intrigued by their Witness Stock II Xtreme 9mm pistol, as it seemed to be a good option for new shooters.

EAA’s Witness Stock II Xtreme in 9mm is 8 inches in overall length, 1.4 inches wide and 5 inches high, weighing a little under 3 pounds. It’s a solid gun. But even with my small hands, the Stock II Xtreme felt comfortable in my grip; I was able to access the safety and mag release without adjusting my hold. The slide was easy to rack and the trigger wasn’t overly sensitive; it smoothly moved beneath my finger. I appreciated the weight of this gun, as it really helped to lessen the recoil. Additionally, the fiber-optic front sight is red, which made it incredibly easy to acquire.

While some experience with firearms will help one to acclimate to this gun quickly, I believe even the newest of the new could comfortably fire the Witness Stock II Xtreme with the right supervision.
