If you're like many people who are new to the world of firearms, you may never have been to a public range before. Don't be intimidated: You're in for a treat! First, though, we recommend that you recruit a knowledgeable friend or family member to help mentor you...and then watch this video, alone or with your mentor. You see, although ranges are safe and friendly places for you to learn the basics of gun safety and work on your skills, it's good for you to be prepared in advance for what to expect. 

Knowing the basics of gun safety is a reward in and of itself, but it can also be a fun way to build a deeper connection with your friend or loved one!
