Just in case you didn't already know, 2016 marks Remington Arms' 200th anniversary. In celebration, Remington has produced 2,016 “Limited Edition” engraved firearms, which will only be available new through the end of the year. An anniversary may be a fleeting thing, but these guns are sure to become collector's pieces and treasured family heirlooms. The collection includes Model 870 and Model 1100 shotguns, Model 700 and Model 7600 rifles and Model 1911 R1 pistols. The guns feature intricate, gorgeous engraving picked out in 24-karat gold, including an illustration of Remington founder Eliphalet Remington. They also offer special serial numbers, C-grade American walnut stocks with fleur de lis checkering (for the long guns), a medallion in the grip and special packaging.

Better still, Remington has pledged that a donation of between $10,000 and $50,000 to NRA-ILA to help support our fight to protect the Second Amendment. This means that your purchase of a Limited Edition Bicentennial gun will not only be a part of your family for generations to come, it will also help support those generations' right to own and use that firearm.
