If you're like me and you hunt, but don't have your own freezer, it's nearly impossible to hang your meat. Most of us have to take it to the butcher, but if you're looking to go down a more DIY path, then the Koola Buck might be just the ticket. The Koola Buck is a portable cooling system that stands 6-feet high with a 4x4-foot cooling area. It works by pulling air into the insulated cooling evaporator at floor level, and pushing the cold air up the air baffle and across the ceiling. The warm air is then pushed down, and the process begins all over again.

You can adjust the temperature of the Koola Buck from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees. The whole set weighs 350 pounds, and can be setup in a mere 10 minutes. It's been certified for outdoor use and food safety. The Koola Buck runs on a standard 110V 15 amp electric or a small generator. The ceiling has been tested to hold up to 800 pounds of meat. Upon purchase you receive a 3 year warranty, 4 meat hooks and an instructional DVD.
